Just 15 Km South of Dar es Salaam City, Capital of Tanzania, Zionzuri Art & Culture Village in Kigamboni,Gezaulole is a group of artists registered under the Baraza la Sanaa La Taifa (BASATA, BST/3560) - Minister of Arts and Culture of Tanzania dealing with Food, Cloths and Shelter inna Ancient and Culture Way ... Fresh and Pure from Zion (Africa)...To love the nature and protection in this time of Armageddon War, Modern Globalization, World Pollution and Destruction for Illusion and Fantasy, Materialistic World. Peace and Love is a way of salvation ! Increase livity, save the nature.

Zionzuri works as a center for Arts is a place with workshop for different Arts and Cultures, like scarving wood, clay moddeling and pottery, design of cloths (Batike, Kikoi, Kitenge, 100% Cotton, Embroidery), Drawing, Painting, Printing and Designer, Roots and Cultural Music, Film

Community peolple from the surrounding contribute for our collections of arts, they bring to Zionzuri Art and Culture Village a lot of their art to colaborate, promote and exhibite their works. We have a school to teach people and we organize different workshops and seminnars about art and culture.

Zionzuri works as a permanent exhibition village of arts and cultures, everyday from sunrise to sunset our workshop is working and alive. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have special activities for music, African Dance and Drumms, Reggae Roots, Children entertainment with Theater and Drama. We also organize very special exhibitions, Markets and Festivals of Arts and Crafts. The Best Vegetarian and Vegan Ital Food, diferrent fresh Fruit and Juices, wonderfull tastes from zionzuri village.

Accomodation in traditional houses with hand made furniture , is a place where you can sleep and rest. Waiking up in the farm or in the beach just 5 minutes walking.

Visite around the village of Gezaulole listening the sound of birds and eating a lot of Mangoes and cashewnuts from the trees.

Food:

Ital food is a variety of Fruits and Vegetable raw or cooked foods without using animal and refined products.The flavor and heat of spices, coconut, peanut and sunflower oil gives the Ital food an aroma and taste that will wake up your mind.Ital for vital, raw for energy, fruits and vegetables for cleaning the Blood, Liver and Kidney. Food as Medicine, Food as poison (…)All is food but not all is supoused to be eaten.Take Care about what you eat…Avoid Junk, Fast, Chemically, Refined, Modified or containing artificial additives FOODS(e.g. color, flavorings and preservatives). Living Ital is more than just eating Ital. Living Ital is to live simple , away from influence from babylon. Is to love the nature, it is natural and simplistic. Building close to the trees with clay or wood, using natural roofing (Makuti) makes your environment very cool and fresh. Naturally adapted houses with local made furniture inna environment of many trees.

Oh Zanzibar, beautifull land of Africa

Zanzibar is just 2h away from Dar es Salaam. There are ferries every day doing the journey.Specially beautifully, very green, blue and white with a combinations of sounds and smells. Zanzibar is the island of spices, diving paradise and very relaxing.

You are most welcome to learn and share Music & Art (wood scarving, jewlery, clothes design, sewing, batike), Farming & Cooking Ital Food.

Projects to develop with community children specially concerning Music & Art are very possible and needed.

We work with local people always using natural materials making our clothes and acessories the most confortable and good in the market.All can be selled and posted to you.

Patterns, sizes and design should be "just for me".
